High Speed Mixer Machine, manufactured by Jogindra, is a high-performance industrial mixer ideal for plastics (rigid and plasticized PVC blends), chemicals, ceramics, dyes & colours, food products, and pharmaceuticals. Its stainless-steel mixing container with industrial mirror finish ensures hygiene and easy cleaning, while the jacketed design allows precise heating or cooling with steam, water, or heat transfer oil. Using high-speed frictional mixing, the machine can dry, sinter, agglomerate, vent, slightly gel, or hot-colour materials, producing PVC compounds, chemical blends, ceramic powders, food mixes, and pharmaceutical powders efficiently. This versatile high speed mixer machine delivers consistent quality, fast processing, and reliable industrial mixing performance.

JJH is suitable for Rigid PVC formulation JJH-P is suitable for Plasticized formulation

  • The mix weights are valid for PVC formulae with an apparent density of 0.5kg/l inclusive of additives and final temperature of 120°C of Heating Mixer and 45°C for Cooling Mixer and for Plasticized PVC with a percentage of Plasticizers not greater than 40 p.h.r.
  • Direct current motors, frequency variations or soft-start can be fitted to all models on request.
