Horizontal Heating Cooling Mixer (JHCH)

Jogindra Horizontal Heating Cooling Mixer (JHCH) is a trusted heater cooler mixer for the powder coating industry and other applications. It combines a High Speed Mixer and a Cooling Mixer in one unit. The High Speed Mixer heats and blends the raw material evenly, while the Cooling Mixer quickly cools it to maintain consistency. This process gives a free-flowing and uniform output, ready for further use. The Heating cooling Mixer is also useful in cable making, dyes production, and ceramics coating, where controlled heating and cooling are important. It helps save energy, reduce maintenance, and increase productivity.

JHCH is suitable for Rigid PVC formulation     JHCH-P is suitable for Plasticized formulation

  • The mix weights are valid for PVC formulae with an apparent density of 0.5kg/l inclusive of additives and final temperature of 120°C of Heating Mixer and 45°C for Cooling Mixer and for Plasticized PVC with a percentage of Plasticizers not greater than 40 p.h.r.
  • Direct current motors, frequency variations or soft-start can be fitted to all models on request.
