Horizontal Heating Cooling Mixer (JHCH)

Jogindra Horizontal Heating Cooling Mixer combines a High-Speed Mixer and a Horizontal Cooling Mixer in one efficient unit. Materials are heated using frictional heat in the high-speed section and then rapidly cooled by specially designed radial and axial cooling blades, allowing more batches per hour. Its horizontal construction ensures easy integration with any mixer, reduces cooling water consumption, lowers maintenance costs, and improves overall industrial productivity. Ideal for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and plastic industries, it ensures uniform mixing, faster processing, and consistent product quality.

JHCH is suitable for Rigid PVC formulation     JHCH-P is suitable for Plasticized formulation

  • The mix weights are valid for PVC formulae with an apparent density of 0.5kg/l inclusive of additives and final temperature of 120°C of Heating Mixer and 45°C for Cooling Mixer and for Plasticized PVC with a percentage of Plasticizers not greater than 40 p.h.r.
  • Direct current motors, frequency variations or soft-start can be fitted to all models on request.
