Pre-Weighing Batch Conveying System (JCS)
Pre-Weighing Batch Conveying System (JCS) by Jogindra is ideal for continuous compounding in small to medium volume production, helping industries minimize costs while ensuring accuracy. In this system, pre-weighed material is fed into a bag emptying station and conveyed by a roots blower through a rotary airlock and pipeline to the feeding hopper on top of the High Speed Mixer, ready for the next batch. This automated process ensures precision, consistent quality, and efficiency in handling powders, grains, resins, and chemicals. With optional PLC controls, Jogindra JCS provides flexibility, safety, and productivity for construction, food, pharma, plastics, and agriculture.
